More about TUBA boob jobs
I was talking to a plastic surgery operating theater nurse about breast augmentation and loss of nipple sensitivity and cutting the milk ducts during operations.
I asked if TUBA (Trans Umbilical Breast Augmentation) where the cosmetic surgeon cuts through or near the belly button and using endoscopy cameras moves upward under the breast muscles and places saline implants and fills them later.
My friend told me that his surgeon no longer does any TUBA operations as the results are not satisfactory. He said often the implants end up up side down and the surgeon cannot turn the implant around.
My friend also told me that often the milk ducts and nerves leading to the nipples are cut and that can cause problems with breast feeding and reduce nipple sensations.
He was telling me that many young ladies are havning boob jobs while still teenagers. My own opinion is that women should not have breast augmentation cosmetic surgery if they plan to have children as there are potential problems with breast feeding and if you decide to have silicon implants there is a chance of the silicon contaminating your milk.
