Boob job dangers – III – Asymmetry
Posted Under: boob job
One of the reasons many women have a boob job is to male their asymmetrical breasts balanced. Remember that boob job means any plastic surgery operation on the breasts. It may be breast augmentation or breast reduction.
In fact it’s interesting that the percentage of ladies who have boob jobs is the same in France as in the USA. However, four out of five French women have a breast reduction boob job but in the USA four out of five enlarge their breasts.
After getting a boob job at times the breasts end up being asymmetrical (different sizes or hang differently even though the sizes are the same). Among the reasons for breast asymmetry after boon jobs are:
- The implants shift.
- Implant contents seep out in different amounts from the two implants.
- The breasts were different sizes to begin with – you were supposed to get different size implants and the surgeon placed the implants in the wrong breasts so in fact increasing the asymmetry.
- On implant is right way up and the other one is placed upside down. This can happen often when doing TUBA (Trans Umbilical Breast Augmentation).
Under these circumstances you may need to go under the knife again in order to make your breasts look the same. Also remember that typically breast implant last about ten years and have to be replaced.
Given the fact that often you may need some kind of "touch up" after cosmetic surgery, I do not recommend "plastic surgery tourism."
